Kingdom Torn Asunder
This is one of D'Cagna's best records, the tracks are catchier and the vocal melodies are executed brilliantly.
At times, the album sounds rather like Kiske-era Helloween, and Hammerfall, which makes sense, as D’Cagna is a huge fan of the former, and he deeply respects the latter.
Kingdom Torn Asunder is filled with metallic bangers and they have a singer that can belt them out with the best of them.
The performances, production, and aesthetic are all killer, and the songwriting matches that quality.
The musicianship is impeccable and that’s all down to D’Cagna, of course, as he handles everything, except for the solos, which are awesome and plentiful and deftly executed by dueling axe masters, Quinn Lukas and Jesse Scott.
