"Pesten Som Tar Over" stands as the fourth studio album by the Norwegian black metal group Den Saakaldte, released on September 29, 2023, through Agonia Records. This album includes seven tracks, featuring titles like "Av Satans Ild," "Dødstrett Av Alt," "En Ode Til Spinnersken," "Pesten Som Tar Over," "Å Skjende En Engel," "Hat," and "Den Stormen i Oktober."

Recorded in March 2022 at Strand Studio in Oslo, the album was co-produced and mixed by the band and Marius Strand. Marius Strand also handled the engineering and mastering of the album. The album cover, a captivating piece of artwork, was painted by Chadwick St. John of Inkshadows.
